Poverty can be defined as a condition of deprivation due to economic circumstances; this deprivation may be absolute or relative but it’s generally thought to be severe enough that the individual in this condition cannot live with dignity in his or her society. One thing that Moynihan said was “it’s your fault for being poor, and that it’s your fault for having single parent mothers and divorced parents.” Which is something that I can not comprehend because if you are not even born yet then how can anything be your fault or even in your control?
